Where does AXE TECH operate?
- Our core hubs are New York City and Portland, Maine. We also support Lomé, Togo, and can dispatch to other areas, with coverage confirmed per request.
How does technician dispatch work?
- You send a request with the site, scope and timing. We confirm and assign a technician, the technician completes the work on site, and you receive a service report with photos.
How do I request a technician?
- Use the request page or email info@axetechservices.com with the site address, scope of work, preferred window and an on-site contact.
Does AXE TECH work with MSPs?
- Yes. Dispatch for MSPs is a core service. Your technician follows your scope, runbook and check-in process, and you receive a photo report.
Can I work as a technician with AXE TECH?
